RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for creating a superior food & beverage experience surrounded by engaging, knowledgeable Colleagues. Creating a memorable experience for each Guest will ensure positive results for your team and hotel.

Reporting to the Director, Food and Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:  

• Consistently offering professional, friendly and engaging service
• Monitoring the performance of the restaurant through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction systems and financial reports.  Initiates corrective action as required
• Selecting, training, developing, leading and mentoring a team of 2 leaders and up to 20 colleagues to consistently deliver upon our service promises, maintaining impeccable service standards.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring action plans to improve all key pillars (CES; JD POWER, GOP) in his/her areas of control
• Ensuring monthly communication meetings and performance reviews are conducted
• Performing daily walk through of the work-areas to ensure maintenance issues are identified and addressed, proper resources are in place, and the highest standards in cleanliness are maintained.
• Developing, planning and executing the delivery of all Food & Beverage promotions and new menus, creating a destination of choice for both hotel and external Guests
• Balancing operational, administrative and colleague needs
• Adhering to the annual budget and administer it in a fiscally responsible manner
• Monitoring control of food, beverage, labor and operating expenses
• Monitoring all Guest service standards, constantly seeking ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits
• Upholding and follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Upholding and follow all safety policies 
• Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Frequent sitting and walking throughout shift
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in hotel Food and Beverage operations, 4 years experience in restaurant management in a luxury property preferred
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, in English and Azeri or Turkish is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Analytical skills, strengths as a developer and a leader of others are essential
