a.       Establish & maintain MEP Master Progress Schedule. 
b.      Assisst in Budget and Financial Reporting of the project.
c.       Maintain General Contract and Subcontract documents.
d.       Maintain Quality Assurance and Control Establish & monitor administrative procedures for the project.
e.       Keep management informed on progress of works and budget.
f.        Coordinate the MEP work on site with the activities of inspection agencies through installation, testing, commissioning, handover and acceptance phases.
g.        Assemble MEP scopes of Work
h.        Coordinate MEP bidding
i.         Lead MEP/BIM (Bulding information modeling)coordination process
j.         Ensure MEP coordination with architectural/structural trades
k.        Lead start up and commissioning assistance process
l.         Review equipment schedule and procurement process
m.       Organize work & train staff organization on projects
n.        Keep informed on requirements for Insurance, Safety, Labor Relations
o.        Employee Relations, maintain EEO compliances, etc
p.        Perform other duties and take on other responsibilities as required.
q.        Comment and approve of design, drawings and specifications.
r.         Supervise Works to be compliant with standards, contract documentation and best practices,
