Position: Bidding specialist
Salary: 1000-2000 AZN
Requirements:
Higher education in Construction field
Fluent English and Russian is must (equivalent to C1 or above)
3+ years’ related experience in multinational environment
Understanding the rules of tendering
Project management experience is an advantage
Ability to work in a changing environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Responsibilities:
Timely management of tender activities
Preparing tender documents and review of draft
Quality control and procedures
Obtaining feedback from purchasers when tenders are unsuccessful in order to improve in future
Working schedule:
• Monday-Friday from 08.30 a.m- 17.30 p.m.,
• Saturday from 10.00 a.m.-16.00p.m.
