Position: Full-time English Language Instructor
School of Education
POSITION SUMMARY
The EAPP Program Mission is 1) to develop students’ general knowledge of English so that they can freely converse in various types of non-academic discourses; 2) to develop their knowledge and skills in Academic English so that they can successfully pursue the ADA University undergraduate academic program in English. In this regard, critical reading and writing skills are of essential emphasis.
REQUIREMENTS
• MA in EFLESL or in related fields and/or Certificate of international training programs such as DELTA;
• Minimum 3 years of university teaching experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
• Developing course syllabi;
• Providing a quality instruction in accordance with the syllabus and course component outlines;
• Establishing and keeping regular office hours;
• Meeting students in tutorials upon appointment;
• Assigning grades in a timely manner;
• Assessing students’ needs;
• Assistance with related program functions
