International Financial Group looking for CEO For its Azerbajian brokerage house:

The Role:

1)     To lead and manage the profitable development of the Business to ensure it achieves its objectives and capture all opportunities for profitable growth; To provide the vision, leadership and strategic direction that the business needs to achieve its goals, and collaborate with the management team to execute the goals and achieve the mission and vision of the organization.
 
2)     The CEO is responsible for all operational activities, organization and market growth. The scope of the role encompasses supply chain forecasting to finance, infrastructure development, integration of businesses and organization development.

Requirements:

1)     University degree – Master degree in economics
2)     * Must not be an officer in a legal entity, which was liquidated due to worsening of the financial situation or bankruptcy
3)     * Must not have been terminated during the past 3 years from his office due to lack of professional qualities, noncompliance with his/her professional occupation, or for being unsuitable for the office
4)     Meat the personal clearance requirements
5)     * Must have at least 5 years of experience (provided 3 of those years in executive capacity) in the financial sector
6)     High motivation, loyalty and dedication to company’s goals

Relationships:

1)     Builds strong relationships with key customers/suppliers that result in understanding of each other’s business strategies.
2)     Role models behaviors that are indicative of an aligned business with colleagues.
3)     Proactive in management of relationships with unions/works councils that result in acceptance of business decisions without disruption to day to day plans and long term strategies.

Language skills:

1)       Azeri native language / Russian
2)       English high level
