Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of
IT/ Web Development Specialist
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Manages all phases of the business applications projects preparation lifecycle, gather initial business requirements, create requests for proposal and evaluation parts.
• Development of quality software tools and products based on requirements from business customers
• Administration of existing informational systems and tools in accordance with corporate standards and ITIL practices.
• Works with QA Team to ensure appropriate quality level of software tools to release.
• Ensures that source code of the software tools and products is documented and stored appropriately
• Ensures that best practice approach is used and knowledge is shared.
• Demonstrates new ideas of how to improve existing software tools and products including intranet, internet website and others.
• Provides assistance for the Business Customer to establish or evaluate existing business requirements.
• Provides coaching and on job trainings for End Users.
• Execute line manager’s and department heads verbal and written instructions to ensure fulfillment of work duties
• Execution of the duties in compliance with the procedures and instructions
• Provide confidentiality of the company data
• Preparation of reports on areas of responsibility
• Improvement of existing systems

• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English (intermediate)
Required education and work experience:
• Higher education (Mathematics or Computer science is an advantage)
• 3 years of experience in Software Development
• 1 year project management is an advantage
• Deep understanding of design of multi-tier systems.
• PHP5, MySQL/PostgreSQL, HTML(5)+CSS(1-3), JavaScript, Web Services (SOAP, REST)
• PHP frameworks (CodeIgniter, Laravel are preferable)
• JavaScript frameworks - JQuery (RequireJS, Backbone, AngularJS are preferable)
• Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Windows and Linux/Unix on advanced user level
