Trade Marketing Manager

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

 Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Strong creative approach
• Good organizational and planning skills
• The ability to lead and motivate a team
• Drive, motivation and initiative
• The ability to work under pressure to deadlines
• The confidence to 'sell' your ideas
• Good business sense and budgeting skills
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant sales and marketing experience
• Very good knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hard working with all local our  managers
• Researching and analyzing market
• Organizing the production of posters and brochures
• Making sure that campaigns run up to date and are on budget
• Prepare marketing strategies for our company alongside other company executives and staff.
• Ensure brand messages are consistent
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
• Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
