Position title: QHSE Manager
Employer: KTIB HOLDING
Schedule/Location: 5/2, Baku
Experience :min 5-7 years
The QHSE Manager will carry out assigned Quality Management initiatives, assisting in the preparation of proposals, plans and procedures, as well as implementing and supervising a quality assurance program in compliance with the company’s Management System. He/she will be as well responsible for co-coordinating and facilitating implementation of health, safety and environmental procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Experience as (Q)HSE Manager Minimum 3-5 years
• Proven record of achievements, both inside & outside the academic field.
• Solid record of leadership, initiative talking, collaboration & innovation.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent
• Excellent languages skills in: English, Azeri, Russian
Job Responsibilities
• Setup and Manage on ongoing the QMS to ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations
• Handle matters related to compliance with QHSE requirements of various Regulatory
• Verifying that the company QHSE policy and procedures are fully understood, implemented, operated and maintained
• Review, update and control, the distribution of the Company QHSE Manual and related procedures.
• Generate project specific HSE Plans.
• Ensuring adequate training / awareness of company personnel for HSE systems
• Ensuring Customer / Clients requirements are fulfilled and appropriate
• Ensure that all subcontractors HSE systems and plans are acceptable to the company as applicable to a contract, and ensure that Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s HSE systems are implemented and effective
• Liaise with the Clients HSE representative, to ensure that all potential and actual quality issues are fully resolved
• Ensuring project Risk Assessment / Job Hazard Analysis
