Position: ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE/FULL PROFESSOR OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
SCHOOL OF PUBLIC AND INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS

POSITION SUMMARY

School of Public and International Affairs of ADA University invites applications for the position of Professor of International Relations to commence in January 2016 and/or September 2016. Special attention will be given to professors who specialize in International Political Economy and Quantitative Research Methods. We are seeking dynamic, energetic, and entrepreneurial scholars who have a desire to work collaboratively across disciplinary lines while conducting cutting-edge research. Salary is contingent upon qualifications and the hired faculty member is expected to teach 5 courses per academic year (9 months) both undergraduate and graduate students.

POSITION MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A Ph.D. or ABD in Political Science or other related fields from an accredited institution; experience in conducting funded research, and publications in major peer-reviewed journals. The successful candidate is expected to be eligible for appointment as a tenure-track assistant professor, or tenured professor upon hire, and, therefore, have a distinguished record of scholarly achievement and teaching experience.
