Senior HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Participation in development, maintaining and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
• Providing support and monitoring of Legal Compliance; disciplinary actions; absence recording and other related internal paperwork ensuring observation of local labor requirements;
• Responsible for the effective administration of personnel records and files in line with the corporate office policy;
• Support and facilitate periodic and regular evaluation changes and employee communications;
• Provide HR support to employees and supervisors including policy applications and questions;
• Performance management;
• Preparation of HR related reports and presentations;
• Assist HR Manager with various HR relateed issues and projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business, Management or Psychology;
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in related field;
• Fluent Azeri, Russian and English is a must;
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office;
• Experience in ERP System management (Logo/Oracle/SAP or similar);
• Previous experience in writing HR policies and procedures;
• Excellent knowledge of Labor Legislation is a must;
• Additional experience with compensation benefits and training and development is an advantage;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Maintaining confidentiality and sensitive information;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
• Strong attention to details and sense of urgency.
