Position: Customer Service Administrator

Main Duties:

- Reading, monitoring and responding to the customer support email
- Answering calls and handling queries
- Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
- Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters
- Typing documents
- Work with the UPS system

Requirements and skills for this position:

- Work expirience: from 3 years

- Fluent English, Azerbaijani and Russian
