Requirements:

• Education: High education
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years related experience
• Language: Azeri, English, Russian (all fluent)
• Computer skills: Computer literacy (MS Office)

Job Description:

• Establishes and implements short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures for the government relations support function; monitors and evaluates program effectiveness; effects changes required for improvement;
• Designs, establishes and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to accomplish in an effective manner the goals and objectives for government relations support function; monitors and evaluates program effectiveness; effects changes required for improvement.
• Plans, develops, implements, administers and evaluates programs, activities and daily operations related to the governmental affairs support function.
• Works with local, regional and national officials and groups with respect to the company's involvement in research, strategic efforts, and related activities.
• Oversees and coordinates complex interactions with legislators, legislative staff, other government officials/staff.
• Develops priority recommendations and documentation, legislative request support materials, economic impact/development information and other materials in support of the company's government relations activities.
• Assists and advises members of the company regarding public relations issues; assists administrative officers in planning and formulating policies, strategies.
• Provides public relations information to the company; plans and directs development and communication of information designed to keep public informed of company's programs, accomplishments, or points of view.
• Brand protection activities
• Responds to requests for information from media personnel and the public; distributes promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and press kits; disseminates information via the appropriate media.
• Writes, edits, reviews, and approves public relations materials including news releases, articles, and speeches, on-line information services; develops marketing and public relations materials for departments.
• Designs, writes scripts, and oversees production of audio/video and/or printed promotional and public affairs materials; may supervise production budgets.
• May coordinates public outreach programs; develops and delivers presentations.
• Participates as appropriate in the planning, development, and/or implementation of web-based and other emerging communication technologies, methods, resources, concepts, and standards, within overall goals and parameters set by senior management.
