Duties and responsibilities
 
• Provide support to the sales team in attaining targets. 
• Maintain good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force.
• To handle and respond efficiently to any email or telephone sales enquiries received by the office. 
• Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients.
• Liaise between other departments i.e. Operations department and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs. 
• Maintain an efficient file system for quotations. 
• Ensure effective filing and administrative system to support the sales team, keep notes on pending quotations and bids
• Assist the Sales Office Manager with preparation of export quotations
• Assist any walk in customers
• Ensure that all pending quotations and requirements are organized efficiently and remind sales engineers to follow up as required
• Arrange and organize sales meeting between sales engineer and customer as needed.
• Support Regional Sales Manager/ Area Manager with own quotations when out in market
• Maintain understanding of our products and services
• Prepare all paperwork such as delivery notes, purchase orders, job cards, repairs.
 
Minimum requirements
 
• Previous experience of either office or showroom based or outdoor sales of industrial equipment to the Oil & Gas, Power generation and Marine Engineering industries.
• Must be in the age group of 20 – 35 years. 
• Must have excellent communications skills in Azeri, English, Russian and a good command of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook. 
• Presentable, self-motivated and a team-player.
• Must have an aggressive approach to sales.
