Phoenix Group is currently recruiting an experienced Local Sales Manager to meet its growing market needs. The role is to develop and grow IT Solutions portfolio for Azerbaijan market, as well as further develop and develop dealer channel.

Responsibilities

Accountable for business performance vs. plan. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual unit and revenue sales goals.
Manage the business activities for the local market and provide detailed and informative forecasts.
Recruit, train, and manage the dealer network for the regional dealer network.
Support dealers through the entire sales process, including territory planning, regional marketing events, joint sales calls, account strategy and closing sales.
Coordinate with team and individuals to ensure sales and customer satisfaction.
Maximize sales opportunities proper lead distribution and excellent channel management.
Develop and execute business plans, including sales goals, marketing, account planning and proper territory coverage.

Ideal Candidates

High energy level with an entrepreneurial spirit
Experience selling into the Public sector
Experience selling to solution in IT industry
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in engineering or IT
Able to communicate well with end users, dealers and salespeople
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales
