Lawyer (part time)

Work schedule:- Monday – Friday : 09:00-13:00 or 14.00-18.00

Job description

- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
- Present and summarize cases to judges and juries
- Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
- Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases;
- Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit;
- Study Constitution, statutes, decisions, regulations;
- Prepare draft of legal documents, contracts and reviewing other documents/contracts' compliance with;
- Attending court hearings (and doing the preparation beforehand);
- Drawing up contracts and other legal documents;
- Explaining the law and giving general legal advice, negotiating cases;
- Settling disputes and supervising any agreements;
- Analyzing legal documents, giving comments.

Requirements:

- University degree in law with good indicators;
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules;
- English language proficiency;
- 3 to 5 years of related experience.
