Executive Assistant required to provide comprehensive administrative and secretary support to management of company on a day to day basis.
Functions:
• Diary management
• Communication with local state offices and international organizations (e.g. writing official letters, inquires, applications, questionnaires)
• Written translation (English, Azerbaijani and Russian texts)
• Document and date control (correspondence, company legal documents)
• Office administration support
• Support to customer communication (e.g. meeting and visits arrangement)
• Travels and events organization
• Support to sales and marketing activities (e.g. exhibitions)
• Assist in preparing reports, power point presentations or other documentation.
Requirements:
• Relevant work experience in reputable local and international companies. Minimum 3 years
• Higher education, local state or recognized foreign institutes.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
• Advanced Azerbaijani, English and Russian language skills
