Position title: Sales Manager
Schedule/Location: 5/2, Baku
Reporting: Regional Manager KTIB Azerbaijan

Job Responsibilities:
• Influence a cross-functional team of sales, product and solution marketers to develop a needs based segmentation of the  KTIB services
• Develop targeted value propositions  designed to serve each segment
• Contribute to the segment opportunity and runway analysis to identify growth and cross-sell revenue opportunities
• Manage and coordinate the team
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate or other subjects of sale.
• Determine price schedules and discount rates.
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping operations.
• Understand the competitive landscape and inform segment specific competitive intelligence initiatives
• Identify and recommend commercial packages and alternative business models, where consolidated pricing across solutions would enable further market penetration
• Build, maintain and expand a network of (new) clients in the region / business line
• Extends current network within business line, regional and local clients
• Maximize sales volume into new or existing markets.

• Analytical skills
• Strategic marketer, with ability to quickly understand new solutions, markets, needs and how to identify and execute against opportunities through commercial packaging, partnering, or more effective story telling
• Effective communicator and leadership presence to represent KTIB in front of the industry

Min Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with Technical background
• Experience in the Oil and Gas, Chemical or Power sector
• Knowledge on Mechanical, piping and electrical
• Minimum 5-7  years experience within applicable industry
