FloorEx is one of the fastest growing companies in Azerbaijan's building materials market. Company specialized in sales of flooring materials and our product portfolio is mainly consists of parquet, laminate, PVC, flooring carpets, raised access floor, mat systems and flooring accessories.

Job Responsibility
• Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.
• Preparing presentation about existing and new products and present it to sales
team.
• Act as a point of first reference for all products.
• Timely market research about competitor’s products and present it to management.
• Responsible for preparing product forecasts, minimal stock limits and constantly
monitoring inventory levels held at warehouses.
• Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Contact with vendors (purchase).
• Preparing price lists.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2 – 5 years of product management or product development experience.
• Good knowledge about local construction and building materials market.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• To be result oriented.
• Good level at Azeri, Russian and English. English is a must.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• 1C user experience is advantage.
