FINANCE MANAGER

The main responsibilities:

- Oversee a wide range of operations entailing finance, accounts, cost control, accounts receivable & payables, etc.
- Leading preparation of managements reports and financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Preparing financial forecasts, including forecast of cash needs;
- Preparation and implementation of the financial plan;
- Monitoring of the financial position;
- Managing cash flows;
- Oversee implementation of financial policies and procedures as a part of the strategic plan of the company;
- Organizing budget preparation by liaising with other departments;
- Building and maintaining business relationships with sellers, contractors, service providers, credit and leasing organizations;
- Coordinating the audit process with internal and external auditors
- Reports to CFO of the company.

Education:

- Education in the field of Finance or Accounting.
- ACCA, CIMA, CPA or partial qualification is a plus

Work experience:

- 3+ years of experience in external audit (Big 4 is a plus) or 3-5 years of experience as a finance manager

Other requirements:

- Age: 22-35;
- Fluent in Azeri, Russian and English;
- MS Excel is a must;
- Knowledge of 1C, SAP, Logo program or any other widely adopted ERP software
