Receptionist /HR assistant
 
Main duties:

To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
To answer to phone calls.
To make ticket /visa arrangements
Provide clerical functions (e.g. scheduling, copying, data inputting, transmitting, telephoning, taking messages, responding to written and verbal inquires, etc.) for the purpose of supporting the needs of the department;

HR related issues

Assisting HR Department in administrative matters and coordination of variety of HR activities within the company;

Supports the Human Resource Director and department staff for assisting in the performance of their work activities;

Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using state government portal.
Registration of expats: Register expats in Regional Migration Office; Prepare required documents and apply for residential and work permits;

Requirements:

∙ Higher education – preferably in Business Management
∙ No less than 3 years of relevant experience
∙ Advanced level of Azerbaijan and Russian languages, good command of English  
∙ Proficiency in Ms Office, Outlook
∙ Good knowledge of AR Labor Code
