HR Specialist
Main duties:
Recommend sustainable policies/procedures to effect continual employee’s improvement and manage the implementation of related HR policy and procedures;
Work closely with management team across all departments to ensure an effective recruitment operation;
Confer with head of departments to prepare related vacancy announcements based on departmental needs;
Organize and participate in interviews;
Ensure that all new joiners are properly inducted and make sure that probation period is managed in a timely manner;
Registration of expats: Register expats in Regional Migration Office; Prepare required documents and apply for residential and work permits;
Support expats with matters relevant to accommodation;
Assisting HR Department in administrative matters and coordination of variety of HR activities within the company;
Identify the educational and practical needs of others, search for and organization of related training programs; Update training database;
Provide clerical functions (e.g. scheduling, copying, data inputting, transmitting, telephoning, taking messages, responding to written and verbal inquires, etc.) for the purpose of supporting the needs of the department;
Supports the Human Resource Manager and department staff for the purpose of assisting in the performance of their work activities;
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
Ruirements:
• Higher education – preferably in Business Management
• No less than 3 years of relevant experience
• Advanced level of English
• Proficiency in Ms Office, Outlook
• Good knowledge of AR Labor Code
