Transportation Coordinator (heavy logistics)
Reports to: Director of Supply Chain
o Organize work schedule of drivers’ staff
o Control discipline of personnel
o Be aware of current work conditions of machinery
o Ensure safe and on-time delivery of properties every time
o Distribution of trucks
o Ensure reverse logistics executed in a timely and safe manner
o Liaise with store managers and Operations Director
o Liaise with persons responsible for leased equipment and notify them in case of any problem or changes
o Notify Maintenance Coordinator about problems occurred on transport vehicles
o Prepare work schedule of leased equipment and submit to line manager
o Organize work schedule of equipment operating at the company locations
Skills and qualifications
o Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
o 3-5 years of experience in a relevant sector
o Knowledge of transportation procedures and rules of the Republic of Azerbaijan
o Well organized and structured approach
o Very strong interpersonal skills
o Good in Azerbaijani, English, Russian
