Position: Branch manager (Ganja Region)

Key responsibilities:

To control:

- Daily operating processes
- Daily cash flow
- Ensuring high level of service of clients
- Planning of daily work of the staff
- Attracting new customers

To coordinate:

- Goods collection and disbursement
- Equipment and IT systems maintenance
- Contracts and payments with lenders
- Business relations with commercial banks

To report to HQ of company:

- Financial reporting
- Managerial reporting

Requirements:

- Experience from managerial position minimum 2 years
- Leadership skills
- Teamwork skills
- Fluent Azeri, (Russian or English is an asset)
