Retail Group Azerbaijan announces a vacancy for the position Administrative Assistant.

Main duties

Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage
Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
Sending out and receiving mail and packages
Managing files
Working with Migration regarding the work permit for expats
Applying for the visas
Answering the phone

Requirements:

Excellent Azerbaijani (written, listening and speaking), Good Russian (speaking, listening), Good English (speaking and written) skills
Good knowledge of MS office (word, excel, outlook) and other office equipment usage
Excellent communication skills
Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant field

Salary and other benefits:

During 3 months’ probation period salary will be AZN 500 gross (AZN 415 net), after successful probation period salary will be increased to AZN 600 gross (AZN 498 net). 30 days’ vacation after 6 months employment.
