Job Title:  Material Coordinator

Roles  and responsibilities:

Manage movement of products/equipment and materials in and out Warehouse in accordance with company policy. Plan and implement strategies and activities in accordance with the requirements of the organization.
Monitor/ record and report on stock movement.
Liaise with stock control| warehouse and distribution activities.
Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner.
Shipping schedules/packing notes/ transport and safety documents/work orders and delivery notes.
Plan and implement effective and relevant transport methods.
Review and retrieve valve and spare parts data.
Ensure communication and data transfer processes and procedures are traceable and compliant to data management security practices.
Immediate/rapid response on material availability.
Maintain a compliant stock list/report.
Innovate/ create  and implement solutions that will improve productivity or reduce operational costs
Work closely with QA/QC to allow continuity of procedures and processes.
Manage and maintain effectiveness of warehouse stores.
Responsible for consumable expenditure and to work within proposed budget.
Day to day responsibility of the company vehicles.

Required skills and qualifications:

Knowledge of Languages:   Azerbaijani (fluent), English (advanced)
Minimum of 3 year experience in similar role within the oil and gas industry.
Working knowledge of Procurement systems and processes.
Problem solving skills, consistent and accurate reporting and formatting, team working.
Dynamic and creative, able to work on own initiative, strong in building relationships.
