Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role within the oil & gas industry
- Working knowledge of Procurement systems and processes
- Having related job certificates is an asset
- Active Offshore Survival Certificate
- Fluent in English, Azerbaijani languages (verbal and written)
- Very Good Computer literary - Microsoft Programs (Word & Excel)
- Good communication skills
- HSE awareness and commitment to excellent safety performance
Job Description:
1. Management of Offshore stores including receipt, control and issue of spares, consumables & equipment.
2. Logistical support necessary for movement of materials required to and from the installation including delivery of materials to work site.
3. Maintenance of comprehensive and accurate records of materials transactions and logistics activities.
4. Coordination of supply & repair of materials required to support planned and unplanned maintenance & operations work.
5. Execution of installation Waste management policy and procedure including accurate documentation of all shipments and ensuring provision of adequate equipment.
6. Optimization of deck and storage utilization.
7. Maintain visibility of stock and provide reports as required to encourage turnover.
8. Perform annual offshore stock audits and assess the effectiveness of the arrangements in place.
9. Ensuring chemical stocks are maintained in conjunction with Production Dept and Offshore Chemist.

11. Preparing goods for shipment.
12. Storing materials and equipment by designated storage areas
13. Responsible for stores housekeeping, including verification checks post goods issue and receipt and generally ensuring that all work areas are clean and unobstructed and that materials are stored in a safe manner.
