Personal Requirements;

- Bachelor or Master degree;
- Minimum of 3 year experience;
- Shall have good team working and exacting skills.
- Attentive, flexible and responsive
- Having related job certificates is an asset
- Language abilities: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent)
- Computer abilities: Advance P3, MS Project, Microsoft Office (Excel) and other Planning/Reporting Software

Job Liabilities;

1. Production and maintenance of plans, in accordance with the approved company procedures, with respect to the design engineering, implementation and commissioning phases of projects. 
2.  Preparation and maintenance of required plans as fully constrained and resourced graphs, including the levelling of work within agreed priorities and targets.
3. Assistance to accounting and management departments with information transfer between relevant business and planning software.
4. Liaising with the engineering / construction groups with respect to progress reporting.
5. Assisting with the preparation of weekly and monthly planning / progress reports.
6. Ensuring compliance with the work breakdown structure and coding.
7. Assistance with maintaining performance measures for productivity, rework and achievement against plans.
8. Recognize and modify plans arising from the impact of variations.
9. Assist with improvements in planning standards, procedures, processes, and systems.
