Personal Requirements;
- Bachelor or master degree;
- Minimum of 5 year experience of HSE Management in an operational environment;
- Shall have good problem solving, team working and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attentive, flexible and responsive
- Having related job certificates is an asset
- Language abilities: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent)
- Computer abilities: Microsoft office (Good)
Job Liabilities;
1. Ensuring good understanding and adherence of safety policies and procedures to all working personnel in order to ensure a safe working environment by carrying out all works in accordance with the company health, safety, environmental and quality systems and also local governmental safety regulations :
o Conduction of HSE trainings for both English and Azerbaijani speaking personnel.
o Conduction of toolbox talks before any job activities to reinforce HSE issues.
o Carrying out HSE assessments & workplace inspection audits.
o Conduction of company required risk assessment programs.
o Maintenance of availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) and training of their usage.
o Participation in management safety meeting to discuss and review HSE items.
o Preparation and Tracking of HSE performance and coordination periodic reporting in an online register database mode.
o Joining management periodic HSE targets and goals development and implementation programs and etc.
