Position Responsibility:

• Promote new products
• Maintain clean, organized display consistent with Huawei guideline
• Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources (POP materials, Visual Display
• Target and Develop new dealers
• Information collection
̵ Sell-out data
̵ Display share data
̵ Market share info
̵ Information about competitors
̵ Best selling models
̵ Problems dealers face regarding Huawei product
̵ On job training of sales staff of dealer
̵ Track sales trends

• Find sales channels for selling company products (IT and Storage)
• Cooperate with partner, define the sales goal of each dealer and prepare strategy to help partner to achieve target
• Control the Floor Salesman motivation program status
• Maintain an active/productive dialog with sales personnel to understand their needs, problems, issues, etc

Requirements:

1) Higher education
2) Experience in sales, distribution, and sales management.  Experience in hand held product business (desirable)
3) Capable of working in team environment with positive attitude
4) Strong analytic and communication skills. Good communication skills with ability to work in multi-ethnical environment
5) Excellent English skills, both oral and writing abilities are mandatory
