Real Estate Valuation/Inventory Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate real estate units/inventory sent by Insurance company
• Preparing reports on a property's value
• Inspecting and valuating property and working with data regarding multiple real estate properties.
• Keeping up-to-date on the local real estate market and handling additional responsibilities as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A good knowledge of valuating inventory inside real estate establishments.
• 1-3 Experience in Real Estate/Property Management/Inventory valuation for insurance reasons
• Bachelor or master degree in Economics, Accounting, Real Estate or related field.
• Strong ERP skills.
• Fluent Azeri, Russian & English.
• A thorough understanding of appraisal methodology
• Solid math and business skills
• A precise attention to details
• Strong analytical skill set
• Customer service skills
