Job Title: HoReCa Sales Executive
Location: Head Office
Department: HoReCa
Reports to: HoReCa team leader
Receives work assignments: HoReCa team leader
Subordinate: No
Authority/Responsibility:
Develops and executes effective HORECA account-specific marketing & Sales programs.
Works with:
Inside of company:
Marketing
Outside of company:
Hotels
Restaurants
Café
Food & Beverage Plants, Business Centers and Industrial areas
Requirements:
• Education: High education preferably in technical science
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years sales experience
• Language: Azeri, Russian, English
• Computer skills: Good computer literacy (MS Office)

• Excellent problem solving and organization skills
• Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tenacious work attitude.
• Should be able to work as a team member.

Job Description:
• Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively.
• Achieving the monthly sales targets assigned.
• Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
• Delivering presentations of the company products in the HORECA business.
• Maintaining the company’s contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.
• Ensuring effective internal communication within the company.
• Ensuring availability of the complete product line at the assigned client storage.
• Maintaining a minimum stock level in the stock rooms.
• Maintain and report details of stock movement in each locations assigned.
• Keeping a tight control on the outstanding level.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customer support staff.
