Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Head office

Reports to: Marketing and PR Director

Key Accountabilities

Social Media Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Analysis of the information related to organization’s activities and ability to generate the content for social media platforms
- Consolidation and creation of the monthly communication calendar which will reflect and support  Marketing and Communication strategy of the organization
- Post approved content within social media platforms and promote when and where needed
- Using communication calendar content and pre-approved knowledge, seek out conversations/opportunities, to resolve possible issues, correct misinformation, and provide help to delight the online users
- Position the organization as a credible and knowledgeable in the field of contemporary art and related activities.
- Use relevant tools to track and measure level of engagement within the Social Media channel and prepare reports to be shared with the management
- Seek opportunities which give perspective on current Social Media trends/user needs and liaise as part of a multi-functional team.
- Bring external knowledge about user needs into organization and share it with the Marketing and PR team.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

• Higher Education (Preferably in Marketing/Social sciences)
• Proficient in Azeri, Russian and English languages
• Knowledge of social media platforms in administrative/user role (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Vimeo, Instagram, blogs, forums)
• Computer literacy (MS Office (Excel is important) , Outlook)

• Ability to work with the sense of urgency
• Strong team player
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Excellent written communication skills
• Passionate to develop new skills and drive new opportunities
• Ability to communicate with people of different social and age groups with respect
