JOB TITLE:   Tourpusher for the New Semi-Submersible Drilling Rig

EMPLOYER:  Caspian Drilling Company Ltd.

DUTY STATION:  Azerbaijan

DEADLINE:  26.06.2015

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Supervises the Drilling activity on his tour to include carrying out objectives established by the Toolpusher and/or the (O.I.M.). Planning, scheduling, problem solving, conducting inspections and operational meetings, interacting with other rig department heads, and communicating directions to the Driller. Drill &complete successful offshore oil and/or gas wells to applicable regulations
• Supervises the Drilling activity on his tour to include carrying out objectives established by the Toolpusher and/or the (O.I.M.). Planning, scheduling, problem solving, conducting inspections and operational meetings, interacting with other rig department heads, and communicating directions to the Driller. Drill &complete successful offshore oil and/or gas wells to applicable regulations
• Operate equipment & manages all activities on tour in accordance with client goals and within Company guidelines/policy.
• Conducts pre-tour meetings with drill crew to communicate daily objectives, special instructions, safety precautions and training activities as required.
• Maintain IWCFWELL CAP well control certification.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with other department heads, supervisors, operator's representatives, subcontractors, and other personnel on the drilling unit.
• Achieving the Plan and objectives including but not limited to the following areas:
a. Safety, Downtime, Client drilling curve
b. Rig appearance/housekeeping
• Be knowledgeable of all Company Q.M.S.
• Maintain all Company required reports & paperwork in a neat, timely, and orderly .
• Ensure that all drilling related equipment is maintained and operated properly.
• Review all Operational/Technical Bulletins and implement all directives as required.
• Pre-plan operational needs, organize equipment and supplies, conduct testing of critical equipment/systems as required, pre-inspect safety related issues and direct crews for operations.
• Communicate to the designated O.I.M. or Toolpusher any and all emergency conditions.
• Direct drill crew response (as per Well Control procedures) in the event of well control operation.
• Direct drill crew rig abandonment procedures.
• Supervises/conducts regular performance evaluations of personnel.
Must be knowledgeable regarding various functions of other rig departments and shore base operations.
• Represents the Company in a professional manner both on and off the job to include confidentiality of Company and client business.
• Responsible for directing, supervising and problem solving personnel matters in accordance with Company policy.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIECE:

• Possess current Well Control (Supervisor Level) certificate (IWCF/WELLCAP)
• 3-5 year experience as a Toolpusher Tourpusher on floater or jack-up rigs, as applicable.

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE:

MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook

English, Azerbaijani, Russian
