Professional and General Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales&marketing
High education and strong leadership skills
Communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English, Azeri, Russian and experienced PC user
Driving licence “B” category
Major Job Responsibilities:
Sales support and promotion of our products to end-users (car service centres, body shops)
Achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned and new accounts or within assigned territory.
Responsible for sales in the territory with incidental supervision (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan)
Understand sales goals and establish business plan in cooperation with supervisor.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and objectives.
Apply business unit marketing policies, procedures and plans.
Utilize selling process to achieve and exceed sales results.
Responsible for new distributors and new supply channels.
Demonstrate and trains external customers on product applications.
Represent business unit products and services to customers and prospects.
Provide appropriate sales support services to customers and distributors.
Develop and establishes long term relationships with accounts and prospects on different levels.
Apply the business unit’s sales policies, practices and procedures.
