3M (East) AG is looking for candidates to the position of Customer Service Assistant

Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Employer: 3M

Professional and General Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logistics and/or Freight Forwarding
High education and strong leadership skills
Communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English and experienced PC user
SAP knowledge (preferable)

Major Job Responsibilities:

To independently administer and coordinate customer transactions.
To provide value-added services related to product orders and other customer requirements.
To identify and resolve problems and customer complaints.
Refers all issues not covered by instructions or procedures to the supervisor.
Close collaboration with team, infrastructure and existing Customer Service Coordinator.

The job also requires performing other duties as assigned:

- Organization of shipments tracking control
- Order Entering and Invoicing
- Support to Sales in handling of overdues, credit limits and order limit issues,
- Support to Marketing and Sales in regarding Automated Pricing
- Entering CFR complaints into system and reports descrepancies for shipments to SLO customers,
- Discusses objectives and obstacles with the Supervisor, work towards and achieve specific objectives as set by the Supervisor.
