EnerMech’s Cranes & Lifting division offers a professional and competitive service in all areas of offshore crane and lifting operations. We provide specialist services in the operation, inspection and maintenance of cranes & associated lifting equipment, and lifting related equipment, as well as design, engineering and management of onshore & offshore crane projects.
 
At the moment Enermech Baku is looking to recruit the Accounts Payable.

Job responsibilities:

Reporting:

• Prepares work papers and supporting schedules for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements preparation;
• Coordinates monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts in subsidiaries;
• Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports;;
• Reports, analyzes, and ensures integrity of all financial information.

Budgeting:

• Actively participates in budgeting process of subsidiaries: budgeting P&L, Cash Flow, production plan and cost calculation;
• Applies cost accounting methods to achieve accurate calculation of cost of sales;
• Responsible for holding manufacturing plant management accountable for accuracy and timeliness of inventory controls and cost controls;
• Applies variance analysis by comparing budget versus actual figures;
• Reviews master budget to correct the budget of second half of the year.

Internal Control:

• Participates in preparation and implementation of accounting policies and procedures;
• Reviews the processes in subsidiaries and sets controls for further monitoring;
• Ensures controls are workable and prevent weaknesses within the finance and relates functions Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits;
• Assures compliance with national legislation and corporate policies, regulations and laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance;
• ACCA/CIMA qualification is preferable;
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
• Adaptation to change;
• Fluent in spoken and written Azeri, English and Russian;
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.).
