Job Title:  Administrative specialist

Roles  and responsibilities:

Managing document control, including purchasing documentation and contracts administration.
Make travel arrangements(booking, purchase of tickets, etc)
Arrange accomodation and airport pick-up for foreigners (hotel booking).
Preparation of visa documents and getting visa from embassies.
Monitor petrol cards, register petrol usage.
Manage admin purchases (Office stationary, office equipment, water etc)
Office transport coordination.

Education and experience:

Bachelor degree in Economics, Management, Social Sciences.
Minimum 1 year experience on similar position.

Required skills and qualifications:

MS Office  knowledge.
Fluency in Azeri , Russian and English
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills, consistent and accurate reporting and formatting, team working.
Dynamic and creative, able to work on own initiative, strong in building relationships.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00.
