Dreamland Golf Project - ongoing Golf community real estate development project designed and built by the leader investor group of Azerbaijan. Very prominent project consisting of: International Golf Club, Golf academy and driving range, residential premises, health and spa facilities, commercial areas, entertainment and cinemas, international school, (from kindergarten to high school) medical center for community purpose, VIP and presidental blocks and etc.
Dreamland LLC is looking for a “Food & Beverage Supervisor ”
Required Skills:
• University Education;
• At least 3 years of experience in F&B, hospitality;
• Well presented, flexible and have good communication and customer care skills;
• Knowledge of team building, people supervision, organisation, training and negotiations ;
• Organized and focused on delivery to deadlines;
• Structured and process driven approach to work ;
• Excellent knowledge of cuisine, beverages, etc.;
• English, Russian languages are required, Turkish is preferable;
Key responsibilities:
• Assisting food & beverage outlets where necessary;
• Is responsible for the clean and tidy presentation of the restaurant;
• Organise the restaurant team: their tasks, schedules and information meetings;
• Participates in the recruitment, selection, and training of staff ;
• Supervise and schedule food and beverage staff;
• Is responsible for the entire service sequence and proper care of guests and is always to have an overview of the whole restaurant;
• Organise and motivate Team Members so that a smooth service sequence is guaranteed and the satisfaction of guests can be assured;
• Managing specific Food & Beverage related projects ;
• Organise and monitor the maintaining of orderliness and hygiene, especially in relation to the food order;
• Ensure that the Team Members undertake active selling;
• Deal with complaints and ensure that guests who have complained are satisfied immediately
