Construction Production controller

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the controlling team in the implementation and execution of a scorecard based controlling system with a focus on production KPIs;
• To be responsible for timely collection and analysis of predefined reporting data as well as preparation of regular reports to senior management;
• Detect frauds and report to senior management;
• To drive relevant processes independently and proactively in the best of company’s interest;
• Understand the methodology of KPI implementation: needs, main stage of implementation, main list of KPI, schedule of controlling and analyze of received data;
• Use analytical mind to identify logical links between received data and real production;
• Good understanding of methodology of checking the data within production;

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience within construction companies;
• Bachelor or master degree within Construction, Engineering specialty;
• Strong Microsoft Office skills;
• Strong accounting, analytical, time-management & organizational skills;
• Fluent Azeri, Russian & English;
• Ability for business trips within the regions of Azerbaijan;
