Title: MIS/ERP Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports development & implementation of 1C 8.x ERP system across the Portfolio;
• Investigates management’s information needs & develops appropriate reporting tools & data environment;
• Develops user-guide packages, provides assistance to users of information management services by configuring & optimizing software;
• Trains users in the use of new software applications, providing guidance & assistance with new or amended MIS-related policies and procedures;
• Manages relationship account with ERP software vendors;
• Promotes end-user involvement in technology & technical decision-making;
• Installs, operates & maintains 1C 8.x ERP-related applications;
• Ensures that MIS comply with AP operating & security policies & practices, ensure that applicable management controls are implemented in the system;
• Sets up, administers & supports digital conferencing (with ERP vendors, etc.) systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior work experience in relevant field;
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, IT or IT related majors;
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, Azeri & Russian;
• Ability to identify & solve MIS problems & act independently with a wide variety of employees & vendors required;
• Ability to think logically and objectively, demonstrating resourcefulness & judgment;
• Good troubleshooting skills & the ability to understand the business process & resolve related technical problems independently;
• Ability to frequently travel to regions of Azerbaijan and train local staff;
• Fluent Azeri, Russian & English.

Salary: 1 500 AZN/monthly
