Digital Marketing Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily content update and development of various social media and digital media websites and online platforms;
• Develop and implement annual marketing initiatives on various sales and distribution channels and electronic platforms;
• Provide directions and implementation for technological and social media tools to increase revenue;
• Daily optimization, update and management of social, digital and websites platforms;
• Ensure effective control of marketing result, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets;
• Analyze and increase traffic on websites, social medias and digital medias;
• Monitor performance, visitors, tracking traffic on all channels;
• Building up customer database and develop and maintain CRM system;
• Stays abreast of the latest trends in online acquisition and marketing;
• Maintain and develop and update photo and video content on various websites and medias;
• Comply with all corporate and hotel standards and procedures;
• Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and employees alike;
• Responsible for knowing respective hotels emergency procedures;
• Reaching annual targets, objectives and KPI;

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 3 - 6 years of relevant working experience with digital and social media and online marketing;
• Have an educational background within commercial online activities, preferable hotel, travel agency or online travel agents;
• Have in depth working knowledge in use and optimization of social media, website and other digital medias;
• Understand e-commerce, online advertisement and retargeting dynamics;
• Experience with CMS and website maintenance and optimization;
• Good understanding of Google algorithms and SEO, SEM and SEA;
• Strong knowledge in CRM systems, newsletters and creative work and layout of marketing materials;
• Experience and working knowledge in relevant blogging experience;
• Experience with hotel marketing a distinct advantage but not a must;
• Must have extensive computer and clear understanding about the dynamics within the digital and social media landscape as well as Photo shop, Microsoft etc.;
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work tasks in accordance with goals and to make effective use of time in an environment with multiple deadlines and goals;
• Excellent in written and oral English, Azeri, Russian;
