Lawyer
Founded in 2006 Aztexnika Ltd. establishes exclusive representation of premium global brands in transportation, road construction, off-road machinery sectors in Azerbaijan. Today the company is an official dealer of the globally recognized brands like "VOLVO” Construction Equipment, "VOLVO” Trucks, "MACK” Trucks Inc., “John Deere” agricultural machinery, “ISUZU” light duty trucks, “Clark Forklifts" - a world leader in the manufacture and supply of forklift trucks, SKF-leading global technology provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
- Present and summarize cases to judges and juries
- Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
- Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases;
- Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit;
- Study Constitution, statutes, decisions, regulations;
- Prepare draft of legal documents, contracts and reviewing other documents/contracts’ compliance with;
- Attending court hearings (and doing the preparation beforehand);
- Drawing up contracts and other legal documents;
- Explaining the law and giving general legal advice, negotiating cases;
- Settling disputes and supervising any agreements;
- Analyzing legal documents, giving comments.
Requirements:
- University degree in law with good indicators;
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules;
- English language proficiency;
- 3 to 5 years of related experience.
Work schedule: Mon-Fri: 09:00-18:00, Sat: 09:30-14:00;
Lunch is provided by company;
Company shuttle bus (Aztexnika-“20 Yanvar”);
Gross salary: 1000-1500.
