Introduction:

SOCAR Gas Operating Company is a subsidiary of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), and will operate an entity selling gas from Shah Deniz field on behalf of its partners.

SOCAR Gas Operating Company is looking for talented and committed professional for this position.

Key accountabilities:

•         Responsibility for all office administration related activities
•         Organization of business travel, conferences and meetings
•         Responsibility for office related procurement
•         Assisting in HR and other office related business

Required skills/experience

• University Degree
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel  and PowerPoint)
• Experience with computer based systems/ERP is an advantage
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian

Personal qualities:

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High integrity
