POSITION:  Mechanic/Plumber at Intourist Hotel Baku, Autograph Collection

The HVAC Technician in a hotel must comply with the following rule:

To be familiarly with the policy and Procedure of work place
Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis
Install, maintain and repair GI / PVC / PPR pipes for job reason
Operate and maintain all the submersible pump as schedule basis
Operate and control pits (wastage water, rain, sewage, etc.)
Operate and control the water income level to main water tank
Operate and control the water filer and softener and water distribution system
Control and maintain the water irrigation system in case of technical problem
Operate and control the fuel and Gas level and registered in utility log sheet
Be able to replace any sanitary units on site in case of broken (toilet seat, shower set, etc.)
Attend complain in guest room and solving smoothly and shortly the problem
Able to replace mechanical parts related for pumps and mechanical riser
Able to do steel welding / PPR / PVC welding pipes in case require
Follow up Preventive Program standard as will be assign by department
Inform the direct supervisor in case any abnormal technical status before fact of shutdown
