Job title: Financial Control & Analysis (FC&A) Department/Financial Analysis Division

Position: Specialist

Responsibilities:

 Participation in the development and improvement of the strategic plan of the Bank;
 Providing support and regular updating of the strategic model of the Bank;
 Ensure the preparation of analytical reports on the results of financial planning;
 Macroeconomic analysis of the market;
 Analysis of reporting and various data (both qualitative and quantitative) for analysis of financial condition of the Bank;
 Analysis of competitors in the market and preparation of regular report for management;
 Analysis of market trends, forecasting and reporting to management;
 Preparation and analysis of quarterly results of the Bank for Board of Directors;

Requirements:

 University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
 More than 1 year relevant experience in Finance;
 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced level);
 Superior analytical skills;
 Strong interpersonal skills.
 Fluent communication and written skills in Russian, Azeri and English;
 Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
