Enterprise Business Unit/Solutions and Business Intelligence Section/Offerings, Senior Specialist
Solutions and Business Intelligence section at EBU department is responsible for:
• P&L
• Solutions Management - introduce and revise products, services and solutions
• Solutions Lifecycle Management - manage product and services lifecycle
• M2M Management
• Products & Solutions development roadmap. Value Proposition & Go-To Market (pricing, product positioning). Develop Go-To Market scenarios
• Work with 3rd parties to develop business models to be offered to B2B customers
• Introduce campaigns, promotions and special activities to the Enterprise segment for retention and acquisition. Handle B2B customers’ different report requests and provide with appropriate solutions
• Measurement & Reporting of Sales Performance KPI, objectives and overall performance of sales team
• Customer Experience Analysis through NPS & CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey)
• Competitive Analysis & Market Forecast
• Provide analysis on campaign, segmented offers, ARPU and churn. Provide feasibility analysis of products, services and solutions
• Assist in developing and implementation of product, services and solutions portfolio strategy
• Develop and use different econometric models for analysis and sales predations
• Segmentation - for various product, services and campaigns / B2B customers segmentation
Main Responsibilities:
• Assisting in developing and implementing Section’s offerings portfolio strategy
• Providing product management (pre / post launch management, work with technical team, commercial launch, lifecycle management, maintenance)
• Introducing, developing and revising offerings (e.g. M2M-related)
• Introducing campaigns, promotions and special activities for retention and acquisition
• Collecting regular feedback on existing offerings from internal and external customers
• Acting as internal coordinator within a company to handle offerings related issues
• Visiting clients as needed
Required Skills and Knowledge:
• Diploma in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent technical education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in one of the following industries: telecom, consumer electronics.
• Good analytical and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and maintain focus in dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English, Azeri and Russian communication skills.
