Enterprise Business Unit/Solutions and Business Intelligence Section/Business Intelligence Senior Specialist

Solutions and Business Intelligence section at EBU department is responsible for:

• P&L
• Solutions Management - introduce and revise products, services and solutions
• Solutions Lifecycle Management - manage product and services lifecycle
• M2M Management
• Products & Solutions development roadmap. Value Proposition & Go-To Market (pricing, product positioning). Develop Go-To Market scenarios
• Work with 3rd parties to develop business models to be offered to B2B customers
• Introduce campaigns, promotions and special activities to the Enterprise segment for retention and acquisition. Handle B2B customers’ different report requests and provide with appropriate solutions
• Measurement & Reporting of Sales Performance KPI, objectives and overall performance of sales team
• Customer Experience Analysis through NPS & CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey)
• Competitive Analysis & Market Forecast
• Provide analysis on campaign, segmented offers, ARPU and churn. Provide feasibility analysis of products, services and solutions
• Assist in developing and implementation of product, services and solutions portfolio strategy
• Develop and use different econometric models for analysis and sales predations
• Segmentation - for various product, services and campaigns / B2B customers segmentation

Main Responsibilities:

• Regular reports on major KPIs (churn, ARPU, sales performance etc.)
• Regular segmentation analysis (macro / micro segmentations based on customer base, offerings)
• Providing predictive analysis (churn model, customer experience, NPS, customer survey etc.)
• Market analysis and market forecast
• Providing feasibility analysis of offerings 
• Handling analytical and statistical reports on-demand

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mathematics/ Economics/ Applied Mathematics
• 3-4 years of direct Marketing and Sales experience in Telco or IT industry
• 1-2 year of Experience in Business Intelligence within Telco or IT industry
• Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian.
• Strong analytical skills
