Blue Planet Distribution LLC is announcing a vacancy of  Shop Manager

Shop manager manages and controls store operations in the achievement of set targets to achieve or exceed the annual business plan objectives. Successful candidates should be able to cite significant achievements, demonstrating their ability to handle all aspects of retail operational and merchandising management issues, from the delivery of stock to the store to the final sale of the product to the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop successful sales plans on daily/weekly/monthly and yearly basis to grow store’s profitability
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Management and control of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
• Recruit staff with right skills, experience, and encourages the retention of team members
• Lead and motivate staff to maximize productivity
• Ensure store staff is following company and brand rules and regulations with regards to health, safety and security
• Achievement of Daily/Monthly/Yearly sales and other targets
 
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience. More extensive retail experience will be welcomed.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively teach/develop others to next level.
• Good merchandising skills and a flair for conceiving and implementing creative merchandising themes.
• Strong operations experience in receiving, stock and inventory as well as front-end management and office management.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills.
• Budget-management skills and proficiency.
• Strong MS office skills.
• Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian.

Обязанности:

• Разработка и развитие плана продаж на ежедневной/еженедельной/ежемесячной и ежегодной основе для повышения общей прибыльности магазина.
• Обеспечение высокого уровня обслуживания покупателей
• Управление и контроль над всеми операционными вопросами магазина, включая сервисное и административное обслуживание, материально-производственные запасы, изменения цен, и т.д.
• Набор служебного персонала с соответствующими навыками, опытом и достижение минимизации текучести кадров 
• Обучение и мотивирование персонала  для увеличения производительности
• Обеспечение того, чтобы персонал магазина следовал правилам компании и брендов, а также инструкций, касающихся здоровья и безопасности
• Обеспечение достижения ежедневных/ежемесячных/ежегодных целей продаж и других планов

Требования:

• Опыт работы в  системе управления розничными продажами  минимум  2 года. Приветсвуются кандидаты с большим опытом.
• Явные лидерские качества.
• Умение обучать и развивать персонал для дальнейшего продвижения.
• Знание  в области мерчандайзинга и умение создавать и осуществлять креативные темы.
• Умение организовывать и устанавливать приоритеты многочисленных задач в постоянно меняющейся многофакторной ситуации.
• Отличные коммуникативные, организатоские навыки и  умение мотивировать персонал.
• Опыт и навыки в менеджмент-управление.
• Уверенный пользователь ПК (MS Office).
• Свободное владение языков: азербайджанский, русский, английский.
