Personal Assistant to Senior Project Manager

DDLAR GROUP of companies operating in construction industry is looking for Personal Assistant to Senior Project Manager.

The successful candidates should have:

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Good communication and listening skills
• Punctuality
• Previous experience within the construction industry
• An ability to work under pressure
• A high level of commitment
• A “Team player” who can work on their own initiative
• An understanding, of the different types of documents, including letters, instructions, requests, quotations, invoices and the respective actions required including the ability to correlate the document/s into the required order and possible required actions
• Professional level of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Attend meetings, take minutes, prepare for approval and distribute
• Review incoming emails, print as required, prioritize for daily actions
• Prepare and maintain meeting schedules for the site team
• Prepare and maintain site inspections / visitors schedules
• Maintain an office filing system.
• Combine, Print and distribute site information as required / instructed.
• Maintain registers for, but not limited to correspondences, inclusive of letters, variations, requests of information, requests of quotations, Project Manager’s Communications, progress claims
• Prepare and maintain the documents that require SPM approval / stamp
• Accurately translate both verbally and in written formats between English, Azeri and Russian
• Additional duties assigned by  the Senior Project Manager
• Participate all meeting ( i.e schedule review meeting , progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on)
• Additional tasks assigned by the Project Manager
