Sales Executive

Requirements:

•         Minimum of two (3) years’ experience in sales management is  required,furniture sales experience a plus
•         Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner with internal and external customers.
•         Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian languages
•         Higher education in economics
•         Exceptional closing skills
•         Exceptional phone selling skill
•         Positive attitude with brilliant customer service skills
•         Strong desire to be successful
•         Must have had experience selling in person and over the phone, managing trade shows and have a strong sales track record.
•         Ability to work in minimally supervised situations and ability to handle non-standard events.
•         Ability to develop and recommend new and/or modified operating policies that enhance the customer experience.
•         Ability to effectively analyze and interpret order requests to ensure accuracy of order entry.
•         Strong interpersonal skills.
•         Ability to handle multi-problem situations within a limited timeframe.
•         Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately with no direct supervision.

About Job

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Identify potential customers in the sales  zone

Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;

integrating contract

Determine price schedules and discount rates
